Position Overview

Noarlunga United is excited to announce that we are currently seeking expressions of interest for the role of Junior Technical Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified, enthusiastic, and experienced individual who is passionate about youth development in soccer and eager to make a meaningful impact within our club.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership of Junior and Mini Coaching: Take primary ownership of the coaching programs for our junior and mini teams, ensuring a structured and supportive environment for player and coach development.
• Promoting Club Culture: Help foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful club culture that encourages participation and teamwork among all members.
• Safe & Inclusive Environment: Ensure that all activities are conducted in a manner that prioritizes the safety and well-being of our players, coaches, and families.
• Sustainable Coaching System: Develop and maintain coaching systems that provide our mini and junior coaches with the resources, guidance, and support they need to nurture future soccer talent.

• Holds relevant coaching qualifications and has demonstrated experience in youth soccer development.
